§2 Scope of the processing of personal data

It is possible to use our websites without providing personal data. With the exception of the technical connection data mentioned in §3, we do not process any personal data when you use this website or store it permanently or for a period of time that extends beyond the use of the website.

This privacy policy applies only to our websites. If you are redirected to other websites via links on our pages, please inform yourself about how your data is handled there.

§3 Data collection

When you visit our websites, the IP address currently used by your device, the date and time, the browser type and operating system of your device and the pages you view are temporarily stored for technical reasons. This anonymous data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person.

Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's device. For this purpose, the user's IP address must be stored for the duration of the session. Temporary storage for this purpose has its legal basis as a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, point f of the GDPR.

Requests that you send us by post will be answered by post. Requests that you send us by email will be answered by email. It is not possible to obtain information by telephone.

§7 Right to lodge a complaint and supervisory authority

The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant on the progress and the outcome of the complaint including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 GDPR.
